Cooked? Cooking takes too long and is womens work. I like to cut time between when I kill something to when I start defecating it out and getting e-coli, mad cow, and got damn salmonella.
rare for me... i could go into an elaborate (okay, not so elaborate) timetable of how i got to this point, but i won't because no one really cares and i dont have the time.
It really depends on what I'm eating. I never like it cooked more than medium rare though. Steaks and such are "bloody as hell" to rare depending on how thick it is.
