I like to carve off what I want and ride the rest home. 5pts if you get that reference.

To all you people who like your steaks medium well to well done, have fun chewing your meat for five hours. You might as well boil the damn thing. No. Steaks must be seared, so that they are black on the outside but blood temperature on the inside. This is the only way to eat them. Anything else is a waste of beef.

Did you know if you order a steak in a restaurant and ask for it well done, you get the crappiest piece of meat, because they know if you cook the shit out of it the flavor's gone anyway and you won't be able to tell?

I prefer my meat well done. However, if it's fish we're talking about, I'll happily eat it raw, as long as the blood is all gone.

black on the outside and raw bloody and screaming in the middle. Both crispy and juicy at the same time.

meidum well to well done. I fear the e.coli as one of my brothers got it when I was wee and everyone was afraid he was going to die what with the bloody poop and vomit. He was in the hospital for a week. Though McDonalds payed for the whole visit and then some.

I think the correct term for "bloody as hell" is "blue", though I'm not sure. Anyway, I'm a big fan of barely cooked steak. Argh just thinking about it is making my mouth water. o_O steeeeak.

Also: I posit that everyone that prefers his steak well done probably doesn't have any taste buds whatsoever. Srsly, what the hell?! Might as well eat charcoal.

In the medium range.

It's not bloody and it's not totally burnt, so it's good.
