I don't see the point in wasting water washing cups, so usually from the container the beverage is in, unless the beverage needs to be blended or is coming from a communal container.

I will usually drink it out of whatever container the drink in question came in. Sometimes, if I have a can of coke I will put it in a glass, but usually not. My favourite beverage container is my mug with the Joker on it.

Glass bottles have caps. Capped bottle includes both glass bottles with a metal cap and twist-off plastic ones

From a can. But it depends on the beverage and situation. In a cup with ice and straw for example, I find the most refreshing. Btw, there's a HUGE difference between glass and plastic bottles. There's an actual science to this...

Whatever its sold in. Well at home i use a glass for wine.But everything else, just out off the bottle (except weissbier off course, that has to be in a proper glass too)

Usually cup without a straw. Except when there's ice. I hate having ice in my drinks. In restaurants half the glass is filled up with ice and then when it melts it waters down your drink. I hate it! If there is ice then I usually like a straw.

Pint glass, all beverages should come in pint glasses. Even if it's tequilla or something, down it, eat a whole lemon.
