the way the americans and the english pronounce words differently is quite interesting, in the words of eddy izzard.

"you say tom-ay-toe, we say tuh-mah-toe,

Well Mr. Arthur Fonzarelli, as you may or may not know, cats obey laws of gravity just like everything else. I do admit that cats can jump very well but you can't coordinate them well so the term "cats-up" or "catsup" seems an unneeded turn of phrase.

p.s. Ketchup was the first coined name for the condiment. There is no "s" or "a" in the word. Not even the respective sounds of those letters are there. Therefore: Ketchup.
