I just started running a couple of days ago, and I was wondering what my fellow escapists do to keep themselves in shape, if you do at all.

Gym machines for working out, jogging around home, and yoga classes at a gym.

So, er... Three?

My metabolism helps a lot. I've been under average all my life without exercising. I usually just walk everywhere but I do 3 yoga classes a week just for fun.

6'0 tall, 174 lbs without doing a minute of exercise.

A couple years ago, I started taking walks while studying for exams to keep my head fresh. This eventually fused with my OCD to become an all powerful compulsion to take 2+ walks per day. Not particularly long walks or hard ones, just frequent. It's done WONDERS for my weight (I weighed at one point nearly 250 lbs and went down 30 pounds with very little conscious effort. Plus, the walks give me time to think up new things to write in RPs, so happy days there as well).

Weight training, plyometrics, hiking, and random sports things. You need an "all of the above" option.

Army PT five days a week doesn't hurt. I also play college Rugby, and train and spar as an amateur boxer.

I don't really keep fit, but I never seem to put on weight.

I've been very much ninja'd.

I go to the gym. My routine usually involves 10 minutes of speed cycling, 90 minutes of machines (focusing on biceps, pectorals and deltoids, but doing everything overall), 20 excruciating minutes of plyometrics, as well as chatting to the lovely girls who go there, and then 15 minutes of jogging, with about 10 more minutes of lighter jogging back home.

Good metabolism for the win! I pretty much eat whatever I want, but I play tennis, soccer and basketball as well. That, and all the cars I lift, keep me in pretty good shape.

Same, but I am currently on a base that only runs one PT session a week so I need to do more in my own time.

I eat healthy and hike on a regular basis when I'm in an appropriate area. Despite this, I'm still kinda chubby in a burly biker way.

Not that I much care, I'm not obese and the added weight actually compliments my features a fair bit.

I walk everyone since I am a college student. Also I eat about half of what everyone else eats. Trust me, it is healthy. I will live longer because of it.

I run a lot and train with my own body weight. I have a thin figure, but I do have a little "beer belly." My diet is terrible; I cannot refuse milk and cookies or anything sweet. I'm pretty fit though; I marginally outlast my friends when we play sports.
