I just started running a couple of days ago, and I was wondering what my fellow escapists do to keep themselves in shape, if you do at all.

Same, but I am currently on a base that only runs one PT session a week so I need to do more in my own time.APPCRASH said:Army PT five days a week doesn't hurt. I also play college Rugby, and train and spar as an amateur boxer.
