Yeah, pee is pretty much sterile. If it isn't you'll know. ;)

So when I poop, when I cook (which is rarely), if they're stuff on them, and the shower if that counts (daily).

And I tend to not piss on my hands either... But if I did I'd wash them to get rid of the smell.
Germs don't bother me as much as bad smells.

When they're dirty, I've been to the toilet and before meals/handling food.

All the time.

Being mildly OCD and a germaphobe, I wash my hands A LOT.
The same goes for me, except I'm an icky-stuff-ophobe. I always tell people "I'm not a germophobe. I'd get a nervous breakdown if I touched dog poop even if the dog poop was sterile."
I hate icky stuff, I had to pick up the linen from a slaughter house and it had been in the locker for a week and I nearly threw up even with gloves on ):

OT: I wash my hands frequently and after using the bathroom, or touching icky things.

As a qualified chef I'd have to say all the time. Health inspectors tend to kick the ass of kitchen folk who don't.

Constantly when cooking. It's mandatory anyway when you deal with meat.

I wash them quite a lot. After going to the toilet, just before eating.

Well: before and after handling any chemicals, when I'm about to handle food with them, and when they are visibly dirty / sticky.

Don't see a reason to wash them after using the bathroom, since I tend to avoid touching anything there. Unless I shit on them, of course, but that happens only about once a week.

I actually wash (as in use soap and water) after using the bathroom, before I eat, after I eat if I had to touch the food and when they either look or feel dirty. There are times though when I'll just wet them when they feel dirty but I don't want to fully wash. I mostly do this at work (and no, I don't work with any food).

When I use the bathroom and when I've handled raw meat and when I'm sitting down to eat and when I've done some manual labor and when I've walked in the woods and when my dogs get covered in ticks and when I'm in the process of cleaning other things. Often, in other words

I was kind of OCD about it when I was younger, but I dialled it back a bit after the skin on the backs of my hands started to crack and split from the constant washing. I still have a problem with dry skin on my hands and I have to use moisturiser almost daily to keep it under control, but it's nowhere as bad as it was.

Other - If I'm out in public, always after I go to the bathroom, if I'm home, I don't really bother with it after I use the bathroom. Rarely I do before I eat, but I do if I think about it. Then always before I cook or if they are dirty.

I am somewhere between "frequently" and "I obsess about it". But I went with the "frequently" option.

I work part time as a cook. I've become quite fastidious when it comes to cleanliness.

Pretty frequently.

Always after the toilet, before cooking, during cooking (raw meat and such) after cooking, after cleaning because of chemicals and cleaning dirty stuff, when they feel dirty... yeah, quite a bit.

Not washing your hands after the bathroom is gross, especially if you don't bother in public.

I wash my hands every time I go to the bathroom or have handled something dirty.

When I was little, I had the impression that if I didn't wash my hands I would turn green and die. So I made sure to wash my hands a lot.

Probably five or six times a day, but I do most of the cooking in my household, so that's not surprising. I'm a little paranoid about cross-contamination.

After bathroom, after touching anything dirty (cleaning up is usually the why for that), if I'm around sick people hanging out I'll wash them extra and frequently before during and after cooking.
