Poll: Iron Man Vs Batman

Batman. Thing about Batman is, he's ALWAYS got something that's ready to use to defeat his enemies. Always a nifty little gadget that'll do this or that and let him win. He prolly has a mech suit of his own somewhere, or something that just shuts down Stark's.
I'm torn between that I actually LIKE Batman more (if just barely) and the fact that Iron Man actually kills people. As far as I know, that's frowned upon in the DC universe (this is based on very little information). Iron Man is morally free to use guns and lethal explosives, where Batman would be limited to some kind of computer jamming device to render Iron Man's suit dead in the water, but, then again Stark is smart enough that he could plan for that or find a workaround on the fly. So, I'm going with Iron Man on this one. Also, I'm starting to like Iron Man more.
Didn't Batman build power armor at one point to fight Bane? I think we'd be looking at a pretty even match. Though I still say Batman would win, no doubt he'd concoct some way of neutralizing Tony's heart..generator...thingy to a large enough extent that tony would be forced to shut off and exit the suit in order to survive.
Ok, this is silly. Someone mentioned earlier The Batman vs Superman. He kicked his arse three ways from Sunday. So would Superman beat Iron Man? Of course he would, ergo Batman would beat Iron Man. In reply to Iron Mans armor and "would he punch it?" The answer is obviously, no, he wouldn't. He would come to the fight prepared to disable the armor because he is the worlds greatest detective and this is nothing he can't find out. Particularly about someone as flamboyantly arrogant as Mr Tony Stark.
I despair to see the big 33.9% next to iron man. how on earth does this kind of catastrophe happen? batman. the worlds greatest detective, and i dont need to list all the super heroes he has already beaten, i mean, he has a plan of attack for every hero (super or otherwise, human or alien) in all the worlds. also, he just has more style
