I´m at around 40k now. I don´t usually hunt for achievements anymore, but I have a couple 100% games. Silent Hill Homecoming and Bioshock being the most time consuming.

I personally have 15025 Gamerscore from 44 games. But that ranges anywhere from my one achievement in Blue Dragon all the way to my 100% completion of Assassin's Creed II. However, I have the most gamerpoints in Mass Effect 2 with 1100 even though I only have 84% of the achievements for it.

I just broke 10,000 a week or so ago. I think the achievement was from From Dust but I'm not exactly sure. I have the highest of all my Xbox-owning friends, but seems I'm fairly low on the overall scope of things. It'd probably be higher, but for a period of about a year I bought games exclusively for PS3. If trophies and achievements were standardized and universal, it'd probably be more than doubled.

Mine's at 30420G which is pretty good, though people at xbox360achievements.org have gamerscores in the 60k+ range.

It's, err...uh...53310, yes I know the exact number, don't judge me.
As for the largest gamerscore thing, I think it's Fallout 3 with 1550GS considering i bought all the DLCs.

Congratz! And mine is about 24k. And considering I've pretty much tired of Xbox games completely, it'll likely stay that way.

Edit: Sorry if that Congratz sounds sarcastic. It isn't.

I believe I broke 27,000+ not too long ago. I don't even really try for all achievements either. I'd probably be in the 70,000 range if I did.

What does gamerscore do? I've never played a 360, but I've seen many discussions bringing it up.
It's basically just points added to your profile when you get achievements. It doesn't really have any purpose (afaik) apart from to tell you how well you're doing in achievement terms
Yeah, it's basically an element for gameplay in all of the games. What bugs me is when people say that gamerscore is just stupid, and people shouldn't bother with it. I have no problem if you don't go after achievements, but if you actively oppose such a thing, then by all logic you should actively oppose gaming in general.

I just checked and so far my gamerscore is at 32623. I don't play for achievements unless I've beaten the game and have nothing else to do except side-quests *looks at Fallout 3 and New Vegas*

Around 8500 from memory, I don't have a 360 but my best mate has one so I only play it round his.

I have around 60000. A fair amount of that is from rented games that where I completed the main story and hence got about 700G but most of the games I own (excluding games that have ridiculous achievements like Gears 2 or GTA IV) I have completed 100%. The game I have the most G on would be Halo 3 since it has 1750G so it's an automatic winner. I do like to go for achievements when they're fun but, like I said, some games can just fuck off.

The Escapist has a leaderboard if you're interested: http://www.escapistmagazine.com/profiles/rosters?profile_roster=xbox_live - I'm near the top of page 5 now although I remember a time when I was high up on the first page.

Only about 13000 if i remember right, but then i pretty much only stick to the console exclusives or cheap bundles and buy most of my games for pc.

I'm pushing 30k or something, but I'm one of those douchebags who rounds up. I try to get at least 500G from every game I own as a way to justify the purchase (y'know, so I know I got a lot out of the game)

As for games, I only have two 100% games- Fallout 3 and Costume Quest (which doesn't count, imo)

Like 13,600 or something.

A screw up had happened to my account a fair while back when I was around 7000 and set me back to 0, then unlocked a bunch of stuff at once. After that point I completely stopped caring about them unless I really liked the game.

For example the only achievement I have for playing Kameo is defeating the final boss.

I've just hit 135k, though the rate of achievements i get now has slowed alot. Rather than just get achievements i go for fully completed games of ones i really like.
Interesting. I definitely consider myself an achievement whore, but it was around the time I hit 135k that I started thinking like that myself. I dont know your situation, but my time is much more limited now, so I definitely try to stick with just getting 100% on the games I really like, these days.
