To answer your question, yes, she is majorly creepy
To address the more pertinent issue of her music, she's not using her talents, which is why I really dislike her. She's not like a Ke-I-can't-spell-my-own-name-right-sha, who can't sing and can only talk into an autotune box. Lady Gaga can sing, play the piano, is in fact a very talented musician.
That's why she annoys me, I've heard her playing other songs, when she actually, you know, sang and played instead of spoke and danced, and she's incredible.
Which brings me to my main complaint, I blame anyone who has ever bought any music by the blonde diva popstars reaching all the way back to Britney. If Britney, Jessica Simpson, Christina Aguilera, Pink, etc had not become famous, we would not think that talking and autotune were a fine substitute for actual talent. (This statement applies doubly to any female singer with the ability to sing, You're wasting your natural talent on a bunch of lowest common denominator clubbers. For shame!)
Sorry, the only thing that annoys me more than bad music is anyone who wastes a natural gift.
