Did I read this right, Several people are claiming this chick also has 5 felony charges or something. Not only did she make a fool of herself but she decides to show herself on tv. LOL this chick is fucking idiotic. She's trying to make a buck off this and shes a criminal. Good luck with the lawsuit... ***** HAHA XD

The only thing hurt was her ego.

She caused her own accident.

I feel not sorry for her in the slightest. I'm laughing too hard!

I wonder how long it will take for a certain Chan to take this and run with it.

Besides videos like this are common.

I don't see either of these people suing and the quality is a lot better.

This wouldn't have happened if she was Machete, because we all know that:

Nope, the bloody bimbo should have been looking where she was going. It's like the home video shows, funny mistakes that stupid people make!
I have a question, what precisely makes her a "bloody bimbo"? That's quite an assumption about her personal life, so unless you know precisely who she is, I would argue it's a statement you can't make. I've seen some very intelligent people walk into things because they were distracted from where they're putting their feet. Some very chaste people as well.
Okay, fine, I'm making an assumption.
However, texting in a mall, where there are various big things you can bump into and not bothering to look around... well, it's not the smartest thing ever.

That was priceless. You couldn't see who the woman was, and it would seem neither did the mall cops. In fact, the only person who would know who it was would be the woman herself. Things like this prove that the woman is fucking stupid.

I have no idea what the powers/authority a Mall Cop has, but firing is a tad to too harsh and posting it is just being a dick.

Sure anyone could have recorded it (although I'm betting no one did) but they took advantage of their 'power.'

Firing is too harsh, but not doing anything would have been worse.

And please don't tell me to brighten up, humour is subjective. If I don't laugh at it, that's how I see it.

Her actions towards this issue and her inability to comprehend how things work suggest to me that she is an idiot. If 'bimbo' means idiot then yeah, I can see where this guy is coming from.

I'm sure you're not just arcing up because 'bimbo' is an insult addressed exclusively at women.
Here's a weird bit of trivia: "bimbo" is a Japanese word meaning "poor" or broke. Maybe hazabaza was calling her poor? I know he wasn't, he was calling her an airhead for not seeing the fountain.

I see no problem with it, it's impossible to see her face or identify her, they recorded it after the event, and weren't using the actual footage, merely recording the screen that the footage ran on. Abuse of power? No. Pretty funny? Yes.

Bimbo, at least in my experience, is akin to 'stupid slut'. And no, I'm not. I would have asked if the individual in question were male and he said 'ruddy stupid manwhore'.

Although the video is funny but I have to agree that they shouldn't have uploaded online, it's unprofessional.

It isn't like she is identifiable or anything. If it was in some way offensive or damaging to someone then I might call it improper to do.

Well this woman wouldn't have fallen if she stopped to look up for a couple seconds. It's not the guards fault she's stupid.
No offense but that is incredible unfair to call he stupid for that act. Tell me, have you never accidentally walked into something or accidentally done something embarrassing? It occasionally happens to everyone, it doesn't make us stupid.

Honestly any point I can make will have already been stated so I will say them anyway. No one could tell who she was from that video, it was shaky and everything. If the girl is actually suing them for it, then I think she needs to grow up a little, it's not that bad and no one is directly offending her. It probably is a bit mean and an a small abuse of power, but seriously, it's not that bad, no one will remember the video for more than week, it made over 2 million people happy to see it and it will teach her to not be so fixated on a mobile phone, it might prevent a car accident one day.

Also for the people saying things like it is their social authority to upload the video and other similar things. When you become a security guard or a mall cop, you are trusted by the people to help protect them. If a woman can't even trust a mall cop when she is at her weakest than that is just sad. I don't know the woman but she might be really upset over the incident, she may be some one who values being classy and representable.

Stupid/hilarious or not, security footage is NOT to be used/shared as entertainment. They deserved getting fired and/or sued.

What they did is no different if Airport security uploaded naked pics of the victim- I mean its their job... ahem. No What they did is totally acceptable, if a couple of other kids uploaded it from their cell phone they wouldn't have lost their jobs, why should they?
