You = winner!
That's my problem with the game. Every character has become "grittier" and the game itself is basically a corridor shooter with uninteresting environments and for some reason full of the colour red(orange?). Grittier does not mean more realistic nor does it mean better. It works in Gears of War because most of the times it's just plain silly. Here, it's just plain stupid.Samurai Goomba said:I disagree that character in ME2 don't behave like real people, however. Jack was a psycho and obvious Richard B. Riddick gender swap, but her character was pretty interesting and has some depth. And okay, maybe Garrus has taken a few pages from the Dirty Harry book, but he was like that even in Mass Effect 1.
Finally, Samara is an amazingly believable character with a fascinating past. Sure, her past contains elements (like alien vampires) which are purely fantastical, but her character feels real. The way she reacts to things shows both her understanding and acceptance of who she is, but also the arrogance which comes with her exalted station in Asari society.
Anyway, no worries. I never romanced Ashley in my main ME file. She's alive, sure, but she's off kickin' it somewhere.

I think they did that on purpose to show you how your death had an effect on your followers, even little sister Tali has grown up in your absence. Garrus couldn't function as just a cop anymore. Joker got grounded which is probably the worst thing that could happen to him. (presumably becuase he didnt obey orders?). Liara became a sneaky member of the underworld to get your body back. I think it's meant to have a depressive effect on you. It's been 5 mins for you but 2 years for everyone else.AndyFromMonday said:Every character has become "grittier"
I'm sure they're weeping for the loss of your business. That's the exact same face except her hair is let down and she has a pushup bra on. That's pretty much a girl on a date. Also the woman that is the face, voice and model for Miranda looks like that in real life, she is pretty damn hot.AndyFromMonday said:Ashley looks like shit. I can't believe Bioware abandoned the realistically looking models in the first game in favor of the eye candy bullshit that was what from now on shall be called the Miranda model. She looks like a tramp for fucks sake. In Mass Effect 1, characters looked and behaved like marginally real people. In Mass Effect 2 literally the entire cast feels like it's been picked up from a fucking Bond movie. They don't look nor behave like real persons. In Mass Effect 3 everyone seems to have given in to the "Jersey Shore" fuckfest.
Kaidan looks like a douchebag. Yeah, he looked like a frat cocky little shit in the first game but here they somehow managed to up the douche tenfold. Unbelievable.
This is looking more and more like what happened to the Dragon Age series. I'm not giving one penny to those assholes. Fuck Bioware and an especially big fuck you to EA.
Well that is two different sets of issues. There's a difference between "ZOMG! TRIPLE D HOOTERS EVERYWHERE" and somewhat impractical clothing. It's no different than anything I'd see in a given Sci-fi movie so I consider it par for the course. Nothing I'm ever going to get worked up over in a good or bad way.evilthecat said:Okay, fuck Ashley. New Kaidan is seriously hot (pity he's straight)..

The cup size, or 'letter' in someone's bra size is not an indication in and of itself as to how big their breasts are. Theoretically it is, but actually 34B is not the same as 38B. There is no equation for it, it's based on the most common fits for different body types, not on a strict mathematical progression.
Different manufacturers also have different scales.
I agree though. What's changed is that they seem to have added underwiring to her armour, which looks a bit silly and probably isn't the best protection (I mean, what happens if she gets shot in the crease?).
I'd be more pissed if there is no Thane.. Right up until it casts disintergrate. Which might be a plus in this case.Hosker said:I guess beauty's in the eyes of the beholder.

Seriously? Are you telling me all this time women have been wearing skin tight leather suits on dates? WHAT THE FUCK HAVE I BEEN DATING THEN?! Also, since when did women constantly wear push up bras? The ONLY ones I've seen doing so are the kind of girls I'd associate with the word "*****" and I mean that in every sense of the word.manythings said:That's pretty much a girl on a date.
