A "conclusion" that is made very unclear even with EC.
The Earth-to-citadel and citadel-to-Starkid's lair scene makes no sense. Even with the IT at hand to save the day, what's with the man at the very end called the "stargazer"? Why is the story being told from a third-person narrative? Was it real or made-up? How are there more stories about Shepard?
Good or bad is irrelevant. The story is incomplete.
Well I disagree. Everything that I've heard from people when they complain about plot holes are either:
A. The fact that they don't tell you everything (what happened after the battle, who is the old guy at the end, etc)
B. Things that I have either pieced together myself or just made up a reason for (like Joker running away; based on my experience in the game I assume that he had a damn good reason to have taken off like that *even if the game didn't explain it to me)
C. I don't care enough about to have it bother me (Starkid looking like the kid who blew up in the beginning of the game)
I know a lot of people complained about plot holes and it might just be my own twisted mind that allows me to fill in the blanks that angered other people but I saw no problems with the holes that people complain about.
*Again, I haven't played the EC but I've heard that a reason for Joker bugging out is supplied in the EC
