Now I'm not usually one for saving things. I find it very hard to hang onto something when there is a perfectly good use for it. At Easter as a kid, I would always eat all of my eggs as quickly as possible, whereas my sister would save hers for weeks and weeks, taunting my egglessness. This behaviour has continued on into more 'grown up' life, and my bank account definitely shows this with it constant lack of funds.
It's strange then, that in pretty much every game I play, I have a tendency to stockpile my weapons like a paranoid conspiracy nut hiding in his basement, wearing foil as a hat. I remember by the end of Fallout 3 I had a weapons stash to rival the participating nations of the cold war (I think I had about 40 unused Mini Nukes, and had only fired that thing once!) and realised that I could have probably made the game a hell of a lot easier (and fun) had I actually used it all. I mean it's not like there's a bonus at the end for every bullet in you inventory.
So my question is, do you horde your munitions, eyeing off strangers who look at you funny or do you fire off every possible round, at every given opportunity?
Oh yeah, 1000 posts!
