7. If you've got urges you can't control, it's probably better to do it in moderation to make sure you don't go crazy. There are probably some health benefits, but I'm not a Proctologist so I don't really know much about it.
ASIDE: Chrome dictionary wants to convert Proctologist to Escapologist. VICTORY.
8. Absolutely. When I was younger, I admit I had a problem. But I was a horny little bugger too. Then I had my first relationship and got COMPLETELY screwed over. It lasted two days and half of it was a complete blur. I couldn't even get hard for a few weeks after that. After that the problem doubled in size (har har) and I eventually entered my second relationship...where I got COMPLETELY screwed over yet again. At this point, around 22 years old, I gave it up for good. I decided sex really wasn't worth the risk of taking a rusty hammer to the forehead repeatedly, and I chilled out completely. I found other stuff to think about. I opened a coffee shop after undergrad and invented custom iced tea drinks to be served in martini glasses. I did some improv and volunteered for Habitat for Humanity. I played some really great RPGs and spent time with my family playing World in Flames. Eventually, I met my current lady in med school, and now I definitely don't need it.
