Scarlett Johansson has great face and great body, as does Megan Fox. But there are more bad pictures of Fox than there are of Johansson. Scarlett Johansson in Iron Man 2 was HOT HOT HOT HOT HOT HOT HOT! Whereas Megan Fox, in my opinion, looks better in pictures than in films. And yes, she can't act. Scarlett can though

The first picture the OP posted. I swear, I nearly gagged.
I thought she was OK, not too great, then I saw that. So, I can guess you can say no.

Ugh, Megan Fox looks too plastic-like; probably veering towards the uncanny valley. Nearly all (who am I kidding? All of em') the other examples in this topic look much more attractive in my head.
