Poll: Modern Warfare 2?

You see i now wanna know how u found out about these two missions cos i haven't got a clue. = p

Why anyone thought that it wouldnt be an FPS is beyond me but oh well. Again we don't know what the Campaign holds in store but seeing they put the SAS into the last campaign I dought that the sas will return unless they're going to come into it in some abstract way.

it seamed like a gimmick in WAW and the DLC was just all messed up, maybe some other form of multiplayer that you can only unlock after completing the story mode?

They sold over a million copies of that DLC...and it's not bad at all...
you honestly think they won't include something that popular in the game?

It just seams a little gimiky, Im not saying it wasn't popular, BUT the new levels aren't to my likings and I prefer the other nombie level

Do you know how many the heroic/legendary/maybe mythic halo map packs sold each?

I reckon it will probably be more than 1 million each (maybe not mythic yet)

Yes, but a million in a month is absolutely insane. As far as the halo maps go.....well over a million and the mythic probably got half that on the first day...

So 1 million in a month is good but the halo maps (which where just maps not extensions to the game modes) did a lot better, it kind of makes me think that it isn't that amazing =/

agreed, it wasn't bad but compared to CoD4 it was shocking, even the graphics didn't seem up to scratch

I read a dissection of the teaser a few weeks ago.

I doubt so much that they will give us a demo

There could be a BETA but it will be closed and its also not very likely because if they are using the same game engine as COD 4 and WAW

IW has to make sure its not a repeat of cod4 which it might be cause its the same weapons and time period i think they should do nam or ww1 but they probably wont.

I have no problem with it being like COD 4, if they just revamp it a little, they have options, go down a different path like treyarch did and make a bad game (Did I say bad? I think i did =/) or stick with what is good, if they stick with it and make it even better then they wont get any complaints, apart form those lot who for soem reason think we should go back to WW2 again :S

I'm glad they are not calling it call of duty 6 modern warfare 2, that would suck. but its still a cod4 sequel so its going to be a first person shooter. hope they do something new and interesting and not just more of the same.

I sevearly dought that it will be the same Game engine as those two. Treyarch where just to frikin lazy to create their own so stole their competators. I believe it will be a complete new game and i would think their will be a cut down version of the multiplayer as the beta like they did with WaW. Remember that the beta wasn't released by Treyarch it was released by Activision therefore it was an executive decision. I think that there will be a Beta.

I'm looking forward to the new CoD Modern warfare, I hope they add in a few new weapons and hope that they don't add tanks like CoD5 WaW.

Treyarch messed up the series, the only one I throughly enjoyed for its time was call of duty 2. World at War was ok, but the respawning crap was irritating. I die, respawn, someone is behind me. I kill two people almost got a recon plane, bam someone spawns behind me when Im in a building with one entrance. I expect much from Infinity Ward as I enjoyed CoD4

yeah i hated that so much, i tihnk the most annoyign one was where you where spawned in the middle of like 5 dogs, its like you only see in the first person view for about half of a second then your waiting to respawn again

i tihnk dogs just messed up the game tbh, atleast with a helicopter you could take cover inside

Yup. Fucking dogs. Nemesis killcam really REALLY annoys me. If you kill someone/they kill you a certain amount of times it comes up with nemesis killcam. Spawns you closer to them, and if they're killing you a lot, it usually takes a whole mag unloaded onto them with all bullets hitting to kill them, whereas they can just pop two in you and you die. I know this because I have screwed over many a person and found myself seemingly invincible to their shots whilst finding them easy to kill.

You only get this after a certain amount of time shooting at someone standing as still as an old person after a stroke? I seem to get it all the time = /. The only way to play CoD5 is to play it hardcore. And the only thing that changes hardcore from its origional is the fact when u shoot someone they cant turn around, act confused as to what just happen, wait a while, then realise some one is shooting pees at them from 4 foot away.
