I must admit to always having a bit of a soft spot for Blade's particular brand of vampire slaying.

I voted Alucard, but only because Faith (from Buffy) wasn't on the list. Although Alucard is very awesome.
I voted Buffy, but Faith is better. Still, if we take into account ALL supernatural battles and not just vampire related ones, I think Buffy has the edge (she's killed ancient vampires, sent the most sadistic vamp in hundreds of years to hell, stopped earth from being sucked into hell, killed what was basically an Old One, killed a Demon/Robot/Human thing that was otherwise unkillable, organized an army, critically wounded a Hellgod (too nice to kill the *****, though, but Giles would have never been able to kill Ben/Glory if it weren't for her), stopped the merging of all realities, went to Heaven, got dragged out of Heaven, and killed Nathan Fillion). Remember, she killed an original demon (with help). Original Demons are heavily implied to be Lovecraft's Old Ones. Plus, the future of their universe, Fray, shows she actually mangled the English language, and sooner or later was able to kill almost every demon and vamp, to where they are mostly forgotten, the Watchers Council are insane, and no Slayers have been activated for generations (until the main character of Fray). She + the Slayer army + the Scoobies KILLED ALMOST EVERY VAMP AND DEMON ON EARTH.
...Well, yeah, but Faith's just more badass attitude-wise. *shrugs* I have something of a bias towards Faith, I just understand her more than Buffy I guess.

What? Really? I was never into Buffy but that seems ridiculous. I mean, merely being near an Old One would usually make you go insane.
Killing one unless you're a multidimensional alien god yourself is out of the question, at least with my interpretation of the Old Ones. Sure it wasn't just an old alien being, like the thing the guy finds in The Horror In The Museum or some other kind of servant of the Old Ones?

Saya Otonashi, from Blood +
She's pretty damn good at killing vampires (or Chiropterans if you want to get technical). However, she does hesitate to kill a little too much. Alucard on the other hand kills with wanton abandon because he demeans every enemy that he faces. He just doesn't hold back. Love the inclusion of Saya though because Blood+ was awesome.

I'm going to have to go with Jesus Christ here:

I mean, getting your ass kicked by the son of God, what a way to go.

Out of the ones listed, I would have to go with Blade. It's a cliché, but he is a badass vampire killer.

The Belmonts, they've stoped Dracula more than anyone else.
Not to mention they've slayed more of his servants than anyone else, oh and they use whips and whips are just bad ass.
This. Especially Simon and Richter Belmont, they are the best.

The Mayor turned into an a pure demon, which is what the original demons were. Chances are he was severely weakened by the whole "Just showed up in this reality" thing, hence his getting his ass kicked by a bunch of High Schoolers and C4. Basically, she killed a severely weakened one.
Huh, okay.
Although in that case I'd hope for this to merely be the death of his physical form and not his actual destruction... maybe I'm being a bit partial.
That said, what did this guy look like after his transformation? I mean, was he truly massive, incomprehensible and unearthly like Cthulhu or Shub-Niggurath for example?

I have to go with Belmonts. They not only defeat the most powerful and recognized Vampire we have ever known, they also lay waste to any and all of his minions which are terrifying on their own.

And even they are human and do not live forever. They make sure there's always a Belmont every century that can save humanity from Dracula's inevitable ressurection.

Just please, if you're going to put pictures of belmonts, make sure it's not the Death Note-y ones.

blade and van helsing are badass. Twilight has killed off vampires completely... but it failed to be in any way badass, so blade wins.

personally for me it is the Belmont Clan because any association of people who are willing to tackle dracula and all of his minions with a whip has either got a serious case of insanity, a serious fetish, or they just are a serious group of badasses and I like the third on the list lol
