P-90; firstly because I fell in love with the "RCP-90" playing Goldeneye on the N64 (which was based on the P-90), and secondly because it's the weapon of choice in Stargate SG-1 :p

Has to be the P90 I always prefer reduced kickback and better accuracy. There's no point in having a gun if your going to miss.

MP5 and shoot them in the gorramn face, no need for all these AP gimmicks.
Who needs such modern nonsense, I'll gun you all down with my SUOMI Kp 31 or my Tommy gun.

From what I've heard, HK guns are crap. I've never shot one, though. I have fired a civilian AK-47 and AR-15, however. Why are AKs always the inaccurate gun in games? Even if they are inaccurate compared to other rifles, they're still more than sufficient to hit a target across any distance that a game is likely to require you to fire one. Games usually don't make you fire at targets 3 miles away.
HK guns aren't crap, quite the opposite.

In games, AKs and ARs aren't really that different, both are unrealistic and have no recoil. An AK-47 is inaccurate when fired in a combat situation, due to flawed sights, weight and massive recoil. An AR15 descendant isn't that much better, but when firing from over 100 metres away, the good sights and ballistics of the usual bullet come in handy.

OT: P90. FN has fixed the problem with the jamming magazine. Having fired the gun, it's quite stable and comfortable to shoot.

P90, because that's the only SMG i'll use when I play counter strike - yeah, I live in Canada, so I've never fired a gun before.... I know, I'm lame, have mercy.

AK's are very accurate and powerful in games. They also have stupidly high recoil so if you're a sprayer then you're not going to hit anything, but keep it to single shots and you're fine. In all games I've played anyway.

MP4/5 (been awhile since I CS:S'd. A full month at least!) is better than the P90 in Counter Strike. Less recoil, more accurate. At close range it doesn't matter, but then I prefer a deagle or compact for range. TMP for up close, CT's version (Schmidt?) with the silencer is freaking awesome. If I'm T I'll go IDF Defender, cost less than the P90, is more accurate at longer range, has more power.

Although compact/deagle and scout is preferred option always.

lol. I live in Aus, over here airsoft guns are banned because they look like guns. Order one from ebay and you get watched by ASIO.. You Canadians (from the p.o.v. of a half Canadian who can't afford the flight out of here) got nothing on us. =P

Yeah, pretty much the same thing here. The rounds are armor-piercing, too.
So are the 4.6x30mm rounds used with the MP7.

Err you'd never see me with either of them... I'm personally quite fond of the 'hand-held remote' though

Now that is a beauty.

Eh, I've never fired either (Britain) but I'd have to say the MP7. Both are meant for tank crews/aircraft crews and other non-direct combat roles that would need a suitable weapon as a back-up. The MP7 is smaller (I think?) so it would be better suited for being kept in a tank/plane/whatever. It also has a thinner round as well doesn't it? So theoretically it would be better for armor piercing.

I've never been a fan of SMG for close in stuff. For me, it's always been a good sawed-off. But I like the P-90, it's a more stable gun platform, at least, it always was for me. However, I am a bit biased against any Uzi-ish looking weapons, they just seem, well, weird in my hands. I know, it's a silly prejudice, but there you go.

Jack O'Neill uses a P90, therefore the P90 automatically wins without any form of competition.

Plus it looks so nice and futuristic.
