I'd say I like everything, but it wouldn't be completely true. I hate R&B and Country and rarely (if ever) listen to any sort of rap. Or hardcore. Actually, there's a lot I don't like, but I won't focus on that.

What I do like, however, is Noise Rock, Breakcore, IDM, Ambient, Jazz, J-pop, etc.

[sub]and by J-pop I mostly mean Ali Project and Vocaloid tunes[/sub].

Death-fucking-core:

Flawed poll is so very flawed...
Nice. I do love a bit of Emmure, but I've rarely met anyone on a forum that likes deathcore at all.

I like a lot of rock-based stuff. Rock and metal, punk etc. Also a lot of 3rd wave ska. To list some of my favourite bands it would be Anthrax, Thin Lizzy, Streetlight Manifesto, Parkway Drive, Metallica, Mastodon, Protest The Hero and Gallows. As most of those are going to be at Sonisphere UK 2011, I'm pretty damned excited!

Bizarrely under-represented in that poll too.

I like a lot of music. At the moment though, I'm really into jazz and blues.

Also, polls don't really work in threads like these, they're too restricting.

I like just about everything.

I believe there is no such thing as a bad genre of music. There are only bad artists. It requires some effort and it might take some time, but I believe you can peruse any genre and find something that'll appeal to you, even if it's a single song. So far, this philosophy hasn't let me down.

Also, "alternative" isn't a style of music.
According to iTunes it is =P

OT: Metal. And really everything else except country (nothing against people who like it, but I can't fucking stand it). But that poll is pretty flawed.

Good god that was horrible, thanks for raping my eardrums, I guess. But then again I'm insanely biased against Apollo Justice, since it was so much worse than the rest of the amazing series, ah well.

I'm a guy who listens to alot of different stuff, but most of it is metal. So I guess I'll just go ahead and vote for me-... Well, this poll sucks.

Hey i found it gets better with time, i mean the first time i heard it it was quite bad but it gets better. I suppose after the soundtrack of the first Ace Attorney at first everything else seems like a step backwards... Except T&Ts soundtrack that was pure awesome in music form.

*this the space where i would have posted T&T's Cornered track*

I've posted that song too much XD

My standard answer on these types of threads is always Voltaire. He does all kinds of different music and he adds a gothic flourish to many of his songs (he think he is known as "the cheerful goth" or something) so my iPod consists mainly of his albums. However, I have the "Death Note", "Silent Hill", "Silent Hill 2" and "Requiem for a dream" soundtracks, "Der freischutz", and "The Greatest show on earth" by the band "Creature feature".

I guess I am into many different types of music.
