Poll: Mutate!

You have somehow undergone mutation. Would you deal with your new fate, or would you take the easy way out? Or do you do something else that I didn't put into to the poll?

Some people will probably ask what kind of mutation occurred. Let's say that you have been turned into a ghoul [http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Ghoul] from Fallout. So it's not one of those cool mutations.

Keep in mind that society would not accept your new appearance, so your lifestyle would change drastically as a result. Also most ghouls don't have an increased lifespan, so you would live just as long as a normal human. This would not let you become a superhero.

Well, killing myself would take effort, and I'm incredibly apathetic about all aspects of life. So, unless the mutation left me in constant horrible pain, I'd just live with it.

Plus, I don't like most people on this Earth enough to spare them my presence on this plane of existence.

I'd probably prey on people, scaring the shit out of them by waking them late at night. After that got boring, I'd star in a Fallout-inspired movie. Then my (un)life'd probably degenerate into a downward spiral of alcohol and really, really desperate women (see: Ann Coulter).

Honestly, I'd try and live with it. Being a ghoul has it's perks, you get a cool raspy voice, you have a high tolerance to drugs, live for hundreds of years. However, knowing how xenophobic people can be, I'd probably be shot on sight. This would lead to me living in refuge or something like that, or just facing life and probably getting shot/knifed/crucified/whatever. on the slim chance I wasn't murdered for looking like a corpse, I'd probably be ostracised by everyone I know. Well, atleast necrophiliacs would like me. That's a good thing? Right?
