Ah, I figured you meant Jorge, didn't mean to sound condescending. Was just checking, you know?Frozen Donkey Wheel2 said:Shit, I really thought I typed "Jorge". I have no idea why that says "Emile". I know the difference between the characters, I just have no idea why....Huh. That is weird.IAmWright777 said:Except that Master Chief isn't the last. He's assumed to be. Also, Emile or Jorge? Which one are you referring to? Emile has awesome armor, but only really carries a shotgun. Jorge also has awesome armor, and actually has the mini gun.Frozen Donkey Wheel2 said:Emile. He has the most epic death (SHUT UP, it's not a spoiler. Everyone knows Masterchief is the last spartan. If you still didn't know that, you aren't about to start giving a shit now.) as well as being the most well-developed character. (As far as I could tell). Plus, he has a fucking MINI-GUN.
Yes, in the world of videogames, these are real reasons to care for a character's well-being.
Wait, since when is MC not the last Spartan? Is that in the books or something?
Also, yes. Ghosts of Onyx covers the birth of the Spartan III program, and also reveals at least a handful (not many, but still...) of others. They just have no way of contacting MC during the events of the Halo trilogy or something to that effect. Doesn't change the fact that, like you said, everyone should have had a pretty good idea of what would happen to all of Reach's characters though.
