Sometimes, I find my self in paranoia because I believe that I'm basically in the same situation the Matrix trilogy takes place in, and I'm being surrounded by intelligent computer programs that already know exactly what I'll do my entire life, and predict everything and they basically aren't real/alive.

Can anyone else relate to this? And what's your weirdest paranoia situation?

And before anyone starts calling me crazy, it only happens rarely, and I don't start going all berserk like 'BASTARD! STAY AWAAAYY!' or anything, I treat everyone normally and all that. I also always awaken from it and realize it was just paranoia and all that jazz.

You might want to talk to a professional about this...

I'm serious, pick up your phone and make a appointment ASAP...

No, but my mom went absolutely batshit for about a year and thought my dad had a team of people watching her and hacking all her computers (they are not divorced). She seems a bit better now though.

Also, as Jark212 said- that sounds rather serious. Seek help perhaps.

If you are a teenager, that's normal, but I'm going to quote Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy when I say "That's perfectly normal paranoia".

Pfft.

It only happens like, once every 2 weeks at the most, and even then, if I were to get that type of thing often, I wouldn't listen to the psychiatrist cause I'd think he's a member of the system..

And to 2012, that's disturbing. Seriously, I wouldn't wanna live in that house.

You can't ever know for sure, but since we're all gonna die anyways, no point in being paranoid. Sadly, though, my eyes notice a lot of movement around me, so it tends to draw paranoid thoughts and get on my nerves.

Oh, and I have another one too.

When I'm listening to super loud music, I get really paranoid cause I think like my sister/mother or someone (don't worry, both my sister and mother are still alive, lol)is trying to call for me. But, of course, it's obviously just the loud music messing with my head. It's still freaky though. hehe.

Hehe... i had it when i was younger that, when i closed my eyes in the shower I KNEW that the aliens take away the walls of my reality and see me. Of course, when i open the eyes and i would see them... they would had a terrible punishment for me. But of course they knew when i would open them and put my reality back again, before i noticed.

But i just come to accept that and don'T mind it anymore *g*

Yea but make sense. I sometimes walk home at 12 a clock at night so a occasional look back never hurt anyone

Facepalm for saying "brah."

Yeah, I sometimes get that Matrix feeling. It could be from too much gaming. I occasionally catch myself admiring the lifelike graphics of life.

I think you just think your mom and sis are calling for you because you're keeping your ears open for them. You don't want to ignore them.
I can relate, and I agree that it's the fact you wanna listen for your parents/siblings.

And I normally use brah for tension relief.

That's like phantom phone call - when you think your phone is vibrating but it isnt anything at all *X-Files theme ensues*

By the way you're not alone. I used to get paranoid and think everyone was a demon of some kind and i've also had your version of paranoia aswell. Then I stopped smoking weed and I was a-ok. Also Descartes, the philosopher actually came up with that theory (matrix type thing) and subsequently came up with "I think therefore I am". It's alright anyway you're not alone :)

Well it doesnt seem too normal. But perhaps professionals might be a good route for you, just saying this might effect your life negatively and could have been solved easily *Shrug*.

Edit: Btw VENN727 your avatar is awesome. Just awesome.
