Poll: Playing with your other half?

I just read a statistic stating that 25% of adult gamers play online games with their Spouse or significant other. I was just wondering how many of us do the same. I play CoD:WaW, TF2 and WoW with my wife. Do you play with you better half or is it more of a solitary thing for you?

She doesn't like FPS or RTS, so I have to play those alone; but pretty much anything else, she'll jump right in. We don't do online, though; we only do split screen.

I'm not married, but I dated a girl that like videagames, and to tell you the truth I hated it. Until then it was always my one thing I would always have the satisfaction of doing alone. It was kind of neat she liked all the same games as me, but having to share and then talking about games with her was just to much. Also she would save over my shit all the time... damn her...

When I first started dating my wife we used to play KISS pinball (KISS as in the band, not like kiss chasey) however her constantly beating me at it resulted in an argument once and it was never played again.
Now we occasionally play Peggle together. It's much harder to get riled up with cartoon animals and bright colours on screen.

She's not really into FPS, though she enjoys playing James Bond 007: Nightfire with me against bots (Protection scenario only though - she needs me to follow her around and save her life a lot).

And she's pretty badass at Mario Kart: Double Dash, and Mario Kart Wii.

She also doesn't mind watching me play Warsow for hours, so that's also pretty sweet.

The only game I can really ever get my bf to play with me is Rock Band. He likes watching me play RPGs sometimes, though.

Her and I used to play WoW together.

Then my WoW decided to not work all of a sudden.
Nothing I do seems to fix it.

So now we game seperately.

I hate playing games with my friends. I might still be a kid but I have my reasons of why I hate playing with my friends. Here's some reasons:

I hate when my friend comes over and he has to yell "Cut em up!" and "I got dem brain dawgs" while playing Left 4 Dead. Your not Crackbone and you don't do a good job imitating him! My dad always comes in my room and gives ME lots of shit for him being to damn loud! Another reason why I hate it when my friends come over to my house.

Also, I hate when you friends in your party team always mess around and team kill you! Don't fucking touch me!

How about that really fucking picky friend who has to play on the perfect controller sensitivity and finds it absolutely necessary to adjust it during a game when your in the middle of a fucking fire fire!

Online, people always send me invites at the absolute worst time! I'm in the middle of a fucking game, catching up to the other team and they send me a damn invite!

My friends always invite me to play games that I'm not playing. I get invites to Halo 3 or Gears of War 2 while I'm playing Call of Duty 4. Pisses me off!

There's endless reasons why I hate playing with my friends but I really do not feel like writing every single last one down!

Yeah I play coop games with my GF when I can. Except she only like a few games in particular. ie. CoD's and we take turns playing through adventure games like Banjo Kazooie..

It mainly depends what type of person your with.. some enjoy it and accept it and other girls will roll their eyes and will not allow you to play games instead you have to sit there watching reality tv with them..

We met in an MMO and I'm sure we'd happily play other games together. We've toyed with Private servers.

Then again, We don't actually live together yet so i guess we don't really count in this poll.

My wife and I play City of Heroes together. I don't try or play an MMO without her.

She doesn't care for FPS games like TF2 or RTS games like Warcraft 3, though. I don't mind, since those are games I enjoying playing by myself.
