I use a lot. Lt. Speirs realism mod for CoD 2 is great, not to mention the tonnes of races mods I have for Dawn of War and total conversions for Rome: Total War.

Most nudity mods are a change in skin, not of meshing. Some nudity mods go a step further and adjust the meshing, but it's usually to give a character bigger breasts or something equally sexual in nature. The only clothing and armor mods I've see that required a nudity mod was when the nudity mod actually adjusted the character mesh. Obviously a lot of people are into it (or else there wouldn't be so many out there) and I'm not knocking people who enjoy then, but it's just not for me.
