As long as they make it at least as good as some of the other console Pokemon games, i.e., Gale of Darkness and Colosseum, I'd be all for it. I never played a Pokemon game I didn't like and I'd love to see a Pokemon game on the 360.

I only support handheld Pokemon games.
Why? They are getting crappier each time.
Sorry, that is wrong. Games on the Nintendo DS have had greater critical acclaim overall than any previous system, and games are of generally better quality.

The games aren't getting worse, you are getting more jaded - with the advance of technology.

It's easy; the more Marzipan Cake you have access to, the less ice cream you want. They're both good, but you'd rather have as much of the cake as possible.

A.k.a. Your PC is obv better for you.
I do hope there is a less jerky version of your reply.
I am talking about Pokemon games, not DS games. I dont think DS games are that great either though, but this is not the topic for it and I also dont like you so far.
And your metaphor is opinion as really is this whole side argument you are pulling me into, but this cake of yours instead of using the same great flavors, cycles em into less flavorful versions of the SAME thing and just looks nicer than the ice cream.
I dont see why I cant have the icecream too.
It would not even be that complicated to fix the games. Stop removing old pokemon, and stop adding lackluster and unimaginative pokemon.
Pokemon says to catch them all, but never gives em all to catch.

I don't have a problem with it, I would even pay it, although I wouldn't pay for it, just wait for some one else to buy it then lend it, I think if they did it like the orginal Poke'mon games but on a console like PS3 and the 360 then I think the game would be okay, something to play when your bored, put some music in the back ground, it would all be in 3D so it would look nice... meh I'm all for it.

The only Pokemon games that were good on any console were the GBA adapters to the Gamecube.

Are you completely retarded. One, there is no way in hell that a first party Nintendo game would be on any other company's console. Two, do you honestly think that people would support it too?

Well, 50 people have, please respect other people opinions, I agree Nintendo would part with it but I still think people would buy and play the game on 360.

Support? No - almost entirely because I was never in the pokemon demographic and I feel that the two pokemon games I have played have more or less given me enough of the experience to hold me over. I would not, however, actively campaign against such a thing beyond pointing out that it will never end up on another system until nintendo goes down in flames. And I wouldn't be holding my breath for the last bit.

Yes. But I'd set my status to offline before playing it.
You'd get achievements, though.

Pokemon is a product of Nintendo and Game Freak, so my guess is that a Pokemon game on the 360 is impossible. The only good console Pokemon game is the original Pokemon Stadium and the game wouldn't sell very well due to the average 360 user being a gun-crazy bad-mouthed 8-year-old kid.

keep it on the Nintendo stuff for me please
Would you rather see it on the Wii?
Realistically, that is one of the two possible choices. And, of the two choices, the Wii has the inarguably superior hardware. At the end of it all, that's what this boils down to anyway. People love pokemon - but would they love a better looking, perhaps deeper pokemon that they couldn't carry around with them? The console iterations of the games have done well enough I suppose, but when you compare that to the phenominal success of each of the (dozen or so?) handheld games one is forced to wonder - is pokemon successful in part due to it's handheld heritage. I'm willing to wager that the answer is yes - the cartoon and card game alone can only explain a fraction of the rabid fanbase - the fact that one can carry the simulation with them wherever they go probably goes a long way to explain the rest.

... Uh. Correct me if I'm wrong, isn't Pokemon a NINTENDO property? I don't get it, I've scrolled through the entire first page of this poll and NOBODY seems to think it's odd that this thread is talking about something that's just flat-out impossible in the first place. It's Pokemon. It's a Nintendo property. It wouldn't BE on Xbox 360 OR Playstation. This'd be like Zelda on Xbox 360, or Mario Galaxy 2 being released on Xbox 360. I'm all for hypothetical questions, ideas, and speculation (Mushroom Kingdom Hearts? Yes please), but by whose logic is Nintendo just going to ignore the fact that they have a perfectly viable and stupendously successful console this cycle and pay multi-million dollar licensing fees out the wazoo to MICROSOFT of all people?

Judging by the pokemon games on the consoles so far I'd say NO! JESUS CHRIST NO!!

Pokemon is a handheld game. Always was, always should be, always shall be.

If it's a good game then I support it regardless of what console it's on.

Seriously, I couldn't care less if it's on the 360 or the PS3 as long as it's fun to play and doesn't make me want to perform a frontal lobotamy on myself.
