If they give it Sapphire version graphics (at least), with the Silver/Gold Pokemon, I'll take it.

No I wouldn't because I love playing it on a handheld. I get that nostalgic feeling of playing my gameboy with pokemon silver.
I can't wait for HeartGold and SoulSilver. Man that is gonna be awesome.
edit: One more thing about the original topic, I would support ANY console release that included every region, but I know Nintendo makes to much money to do that.

Like I said above, remakes of gold/silver are coming out this spring. If you got a DS, your wish for gold/silver pokemon with sapphire or above graphics will happen.IncindiaryPickle said:

While I love pokemon to death (Not the new stuff however, I'm talking the balls great stuff like Red, Blue and Yellow) I will not support another mockery of this title to continue on and especially not onto the Xbox 360 where it should not belong because Pokemon is simply and utterly owned by Nintendo. Not to sound like a flamer or anything I love Nintendo some of my best memories where with a Super Nintendo, but a Pokemon game on the Xbox 360 just wouldn't feel right. I'd be like having a wife who you're trying for a baby with and you're both white and the baby ends up black, and neither of you have recent black relatives so it's really creepy and weird.
HEY!! if it where redone and changed some major aspects of it (like turn based combat and such) perhaps it would be great, the graphix would be awesome to some of the powers and the story could be more interesting
make it an RPG like Fallout (i mean, open world map, economy system, buying trading, quests, that kind of stuff) but once entering a battle you would switch to "battle mode" where a sector of the screen would be cordoned out (like in Quest 64) and you have to fight with pokemon´s obviously, except you would control them directly, the wild pokemon would be either the same lvl of your first pokemon or one lvl above (except in some areas where it is stated wich lvl the wild pokemons are in there) you could at any time select a pokemon and use it, gaining control of him to do your biding or just making him follow you wherever you go!!, or something like that

I believe it may include a few. Sorry. I forgot that some people were purists that only believe in the early pokemon. But it's all good. Only if it were worked into a working story that we could play through, end the series, and get Ash a girlfriend or at the very least a love interest since the show has been around for 10 f***ing years and nothing of any real signifigance in that department has happened to him. They must be running out of ideas for the show by now...unless they recruit Hideo Kojima to write for the show and if that happens then it will never end! *shivers* That's a scary thought.
