I think this needs a little clarification; I wouldn't be disturbed by either instance exactly as neither is something I would think less of them for, particularly as I ensconce myself in both those activities (not simultaneously). However, I would certainly be more suprised to see them watching MLP as porn is a much more common form of viewing material for people of my age to participate in, though I would be much more embarassed to be caught in the awkward situation of stumbling upon them getting their rocks off. MLP would be more surprising, though it would at least be a pleasent surprise. 
Considering the type of people I have as friends, I'd be unsurprised to find them watching porn and VERY surprised to find out they were bronies.

I know my friends watch porn, as do I, this wouldn't shock me at all! It would just leave them open for riddicule for being caught!

Depends. If it was a friend who I knew is into ponies then I wouldn't be shocked either way, if it was one of my SUPER MANLY MASCULINE MAN-MAN friends then ponies.

Having hidden desires for that kind of stuff, and hiding it from everyone including friends, could be a security risk. What else are they hiding? Whay are they hiding it?
