Most definately porn: I don't need to know any of my friends that intimately. Even if you don't like Ponies, they're still appropriate for conversations in public.
All of my friends watch porn - females included. It's not really a taboo subject for us so it wouldn't disturb me at all. If I got an eye full of them completely naked and masturbating I'd be very disturbed but that would be because they are naked and masturbating, not because of the porn.
Ponies on the other hand...Well we don't need another person saying the reasons why watching MLP as an adult male is weird but it would be especially strange for my friends since none of them follow internet culture at all - so it would be entirely of their own volition. I don't even think MLP airs on our stations over here in Australia, so they would have had to download it or watch it on youtube with absolutely no knowledge of its supposed quality...

I was once at a bar on campus, and someone decided it would be a laugh to browse the 'comedy' section of RedTube, right there in the uni bar with everyone watching. Since then it's kind of hard to get shocked at things.

definitely ponies. the ratio of guys who watch porn to guys who don't amongst my friends is'roughly 'every single one' to 'none at all'. I don't expect to walk in and find them watching porn (mostly because I knock and they have time to shut it down)and I wouldn't enjoy it, but watching porn is normal for men in their early twenties. watching cartoons for little girls, not so much.
