I weigh basically nothing and have always had pretty strong arms. Yeah, It's pretty damn easy for me, even if I never ever exercise.

Although generally speaking I'm not really into the whole physical fitness thang (to my detriment, I know), I've always been able to pull-ups pretty easily. There must be something wrong with you, Mr OP.

Ah yes, in the good old times. Back in the days I could still do 50 push-ups without tiring. A brief period in my life, a long time ago. *sniff*

I'm not in a horribly bad shape now (not fat or anything), but the only exercise I do now is walking and cycling a lot. Not good for the arm muscles.

Interesting, I just got done doing some now.

In order for me to explain, I'm gonna sound sort of like an A-hole, but I've worked at them for a while and they come extremely easy for me now. I could barely do one when I first started out in High School, but I can now do about 20 with minimum strain. And I really wish I could have done them like that in High School. Would have had the bitches swooning.

I think at about 17, my body went through some change that allowed me to basically throw them out with ease. The way I'm built really makes it easy (I'm like 125 soaking wet)

Despite the fact that I do no regular exercise and that I'm really unfit right now, I can do pull ups without too much trouble. I'm wierdly strong like that. Hell, I'm a damn fast sprinter too. I can't run around for more than a minute before getting badly worn out but still.

Thankfully I've got a little leftover muscle from when I used to actually take time to exercise. I can do about ten pull-ups now, but the most I've ever done is about forty-something, and then I almost died.

I miss my old muscle now...

They aren't that hard. Used to be able to do dozens without going tired. Hell, I'm in terrible shape and I'm really overweight and I can still probably do a few.

I'm going to assume that they are the same thing as chin ups...
Anyway I can do maybe 5 but I can't do a pushup to save myself.

I find them much easier to do than push ups. I hurt my wrist a few years ago and since then doing more than 3-4 push ups or applying constant pressure started to hurt. Pull ups however...no problem at all.

I've done one pull up before. I don't plan on doing another any time soon.

Some people just aren't built for pull-ups. There was a time when I could run consistent 6 minute miles for hours on end (well, an hour or so), perform 70 pushups or 80 situps on command in under 2 minutes, curl 70lb weights in either hand for many reps, bench a bit over my body weight, scramble through obstacle courses all day long...
But I still had trouble doing 2 pull-ups in a row. Now, I can't do one, though I could still pass an army PT test (with an alternate event in place of the run, anyway).

Well, I can do a few. A few months ago I could do like, one. So that's progress at least.

EDIT: Captcha was "Describe this brand (Scion) in one word."
I put "I don't wanna"
Still worked.

Nope, I've never been able to do a pull up my entire life. Its not because I'm not strong, because I've always been freakishly strong, but because I'm also really heavy. Also, pullups are for girls, real men do squats, and a lot of them.

I'm in the Army so yes, I can do around 60ish proper pushups straight and pullups I can do about 10 straight. Chin-ups I can do about 20 straight

I couldn't do a pull-up to save my life, I have almost no upper body strength. However, I can do more than 100 sit ups and my sensei says that my kicks are strong, so I have the other kinds of strength. It's probably got something to do with me being female.

I can usually manage between 5 and 8, admittedly it's not because I'm actually strong or fit but simply because I'm very light which means it's easier for me to lift my own weight.
This.
Although if I try I know I can do a few more than 8, I managed like 15 once. But that hurt like hell! And these days my arms are actually decently strong, so meh I guess. There needs to be a somewhat more mid-groundy option.
