It's really a no win situation, but because my hands become uselessly terrible at anything requiring precision or coordination when its cold, I voted hot.
Exact opposite here. I'm from Texas and we still get some hot weather in late November. But seriously, I'd prefer to be really warm, since I live in Sweden and get's cold if i stand outside for too long 8/12 months of the year, well, the choice is rather easy.
