I have heard that Bethesda is going to re-make the old Elder scrolls I think that this could end up either being really good or terrible. so i am asking what you all think.

Daggerfall is supposed to be the best one, so it could be a good idea if they just fix the bugs and improve teh eye candies without messing everything else up. I'm pretty sure they would mess it up though.
I would rather a company make new better games instead of making the same game every time the slightest advancement in technology.
It would be awesome if they remade arena and daggerfall. However this new bethesda will more than likely fuck them up and turn them to shit like fallout 3 and oblivion. I sure they would still be better than those two games but I just have a feeling that they will do something to fuck them up.
It would be awesome if they stuck to a scripting language, switched over graphics, and at the end of the ride when every region is finished put it it one gigantic game so those who came in later will get it for the first three/four games and those who came in in the beginning will get it for sheer awesomeness and nostalgia.

Remakes of Arena and Daggerfall would be a good idea...Morrowind's a bit too 'new' whereas the formers are over way over ten years old. Good chance for those that didn't get to play them, to play them!
It would be a huge task to remake Arena and Daggerfall. I doubt they would bother.
Arena stretched across the entirety of Tamriel (albeit mostly randomly), and it would be very difficult to remake that without the random generation of towns and surrounds.
Daggerfall was very complex for its time, and for all those getting blinded by the graphics, I guess you need to be an older gamer to appreciate it.
Morrowind can already be graphically enhanced by a myriad of mods available.
