All that is cool in my book, except the knife play. I hate the thought of being cut, and quite frankly that sounds.. dangerous. Do you take safety measures?CannibalRobots said:
People shouldn't be ashamed at what they do in the bedroom, but maybe keeping it somewhat secret is part of what keeps it exciting.
It works for me cause all she would have to do (my girlfriend) is think I'm black... cause thats how big I am..... and I'm white...

Keeping it special is important. What I find difficult is keeping the right mix of spontaneity and staying in character. To much ad lib and it becomes silly, too little and it's stilted. Crucial in any RP, even more so when there's a moment to kill.
When I was a kid I would put on a Halloween costume (Usually a Wizard's hat, or mask), use a bathrug for a cape, and jump around. God. I was stupid...
The bullshit folk psychology explanation is that, while our society is a lot more sexually liberal than in previous generations, there are still largely unconscious social pressures on females to be sexually innocent and demure and generally lie back and think of England (more than males, anyway). The common fantasy of being forced takes away her responsibility for what is happening, allowing her to just enjoy without having to feel guilty. I don't know how far I believe that but it does seem to have some resonance with my own experience.dogstile said:

See, I couldn't do that because almost all of my knives/swords are about as sharp as I could manage to get them. Not that my gf would let me anywhere near her with them, and she's so worried about hurting anyone that she probably wouldn't even touch one of my knives. Oh hell it feels rather silly talking about this in such detail, seeing as I've never even hold a girl's hand before, let alone be with one who's into some Assassin's Creed bedroom-RP.

It's odd how things work out sometimes. Hell, I'd decided to give up on dating when I met my gf, but she changed my mind. And before you ask, no the RP didn't involve Assassin's Creed or any other videogame, but still, you never know what people might be into. A few years back, when I was playing Persona 3 for the first time, I dressed up as Yukari from Persona 3. My uniform was the wrong color (I own one self-made high-school-girl fuku for just such occasions) but I did my best to get the accessories right (even if my hair was too long).
We didn't have a D&D game with that one or anything, but we were both enjoying watching me play the game, so we did a little "what if it went like this after the screen went black" bedroom role play. It was fun, but not a character I felt any need to revisit later.
I don't really RP in the bedroom... more often it occurs on the kitchen table! I generally RP with about 6 other people. They DO sometimes wear costumes, but they ALWAYS refer to me as master. And get this... our sessions last from 6 to 8 HOURS.MasterOfWorlds said:
