Poll: rushers or campers

Which do you hate more.

I hate the rushers, escpecially when they are using the akimbo model 1887 or the tac-knife.

I camp myself so other campers don't threaten me, and without people rushing me I wouldn't get half as many kills.

Urrrm, purely MW2 (which this apparently is) I hate them equally, but overall I hate campers more, as on other games rushers are easier to deal with with some skill.

campers are easy to find once they kill you once. Rushers are no worse then regular people with guns.

At least rushers have the initiative to take the fight to the enemy! Campers are worse I think, though both are legit strategies.

I always play as a rusher, regardless of what gun I have in my hand. Sniper or bazooka im runnin and gunnin. I always have a terrible kill death ratio but my apon my honour I would never be a coward and hide and sneak.

I hate campers cause they destroy my glory charge so easily.

Also, I do believe they're 1887's? Why do you care? If someone's running towards you, shoot them. If someone's staying in a certain spot, find a way to flank them and shoot them.

Neither, they're both strategies that are easily countered if you know what you're doing. Rushing in a RTS is just mean though...

I am a sniper, so I am a camper, technically, and rushers aren't really bothersome.

This, basically. If somebody's rushing, just get behind cover and shoot them. If somebody's camping, then just don't go that same way. It amazes me that people willingly run the same way their buddy just went and got shot. Do you think he can't shoot you too?

Having never played the game, my knowledge comes entirely from people raging about them. It was a question.

May I say that the fact that the OP just assumed the thread was going to be exclusively about Modern Warfare because he had used generic FPS terms on the title is probably a sign of the apocalypse?

Other games do exist, you know?

All of the other games I have in my library have mediocre multiplayer, or none at all.

Aside from Bad company.

MW2 is just the one that I have the most trouble with these things on.

Rushers: When done in-mass, can actually help for victory.

Campers: When done in-mass, makes your team easy-pickin's with splash damage and/or explosives.

So I hate campers more. A lot.
Unless it's in something like Left 4 Dead DURING the horde-wave, then I can somewhat understand.

I was saying that I was going to be playing ME2 24/7, and then some.
