Poll: Selling your old systems

I only ever got the good systems, for their time (NES, SNES, N64, Xbox, and Xbox 360) and I never wanted to sell any of them because they were too awesome.

I think the only reason to sell a system is if you bought one brand new and didn't like it off the hop (PS3) and want to get rid of it as soon as possible. If you try to sell something from even 1 generation ago it is practically worthless anyway.

Tried haggling with a pawn broker when I was about twelve and selling my PS1 (and a stack of games). Even though I was young I could tell he was trying to take me for a ride (probably because i was young) so I went fuck it and left. Can't remember who I ended up selling it to.

I do not sell old systems. I hold onto them and horde them like I am a dragon with a fondness for electronics. Because yennow what? The day will come when I will suddenly have a massive craving for some good old-fashioned Ocarina of Time, or Disney's Magical Racing (no lie, it's the best PS1 game EVER), and it is then that I will be horrendously glad I kept my old systems.

As it is, my N64 is back up in New York, and I go into withdrawals from time to time. D: I misses it, my precious...
