I'd assume both but I believe she just got out of a relationship, though she is a bit "forward" to a lot of people but doesn't have sex with them apparently.

Just lovebites. I always seem to get them, but I tend to get anomalous blotches on my neck anyway. I think people either assume amorous action or allergic reaction.
