I admit I like to be bitten a little bit, especially on the neck. And having the girl dig her nails (if she has any) into my back feels great too. But I usually try to avoid having marks in places that are easily visible. That would lead to awkward situations, especially since I am going to become a teacher.
If they're gotten in the heat of the moment, I don't mind. I'm currently sporting a bite mark on my shoulder that was gained that way, and it's fine. I don't like it, however, when my partner does something JUST to leave a mark. It's like being branded, and I don't care for it. If it's not done in the moment, its not all that sexy anyway.

I've never given one intentionally but it's been known to happen. I tend to receive them every god damn time (generally sufficient that blood is drawn) but I choose to look at them as a merit badge of sorts that indicate I was doing a good job.
Sex marks? Well, I generally do a check on those boxes, but sometimes I'm feeling a little silly and do an X in the box.

You can buy some from cosplay sites for fairly cheap... or alternatively you can make them with relative ease, although they tend to be more uncomfortable to wear if you aren't good at that kind of thing... although as said before some people want them to feel uncomfortable.PatSilverFox said:

I think that's more a matter of the topic at hand than a true measure of how screwed up people may or may not be.
I'm ok with giving and getting the marks if it's GENUINELY in the heat of passion... (that can be georgeous fun!) but I've been with girls who use it in an akward "marking my territory" way with precicely ZERO passion involved. I'm no-one's meat puppet. So when I get it like that, I'm out. Period.
