There's a lot of stupid things people do with cellphones. Hell I don't own one I think they're useless. If I ever get one it'll be only to call... whats the point of texting anyways? Sure! Got the wife into it when I took a week-long vacation last fall. Same as talking dirty, just doing it remotely. As long as neither person is uncomfortable, have fun with it!
when i hear something about said "sex-ting" i don't get whats that problem.... They say its technically (if the sender is underaged) child pornagraphy but ya know what...you can't get prego over the phone...you also can't get any stds...over all if people would just let it go...our schools wouldn't have so many pregnant young girls in them, so many lives wouldn't be ruined by a mistake that DOES ruin lives, dreams, all that. So i say Hell Yes to sexting!
Me being a completely insufferable, cynical, and romantically retarded teenager (our relationships don't really last long anyway), I don't have that much experience with this particular medium of interaction, but I can see it's uses. It shows your interested enough to want to be intimate with your significant other, even when you can't actually hang out together.
To answer your question, it is indeed easier. I much prefer a casual, slow paced text conversation that allows multitasking then taking up a hand and pinning myself down with a voiced one. Ya, if it's important I prefer the human sound, but the ability to casually chat with a couple friends simultaneously is pretty awesome.Douk said:
