Okay guys and gals. Whats your opinion?

My experience? Lets just say these last few holidays have been livable because of it. Turning a girl on over a game of cards with the family makes it a LOT less boring.

Is it dumb? Awesome? A sign you need mental help?

Doesn't matter on your sexuality, unless you're asexual of course, I want opinions.

For those that don't know, sexting is basically turning on the other person via text message. Yeah, its a loose and not very detailed definition, but we're all strapping young lads and lasses, lets use some imagination!

Oh by the way, this is meant not as a substitute for the real thing, but as a time killer when seeing the other person isn't possible.

So essentially cybersex via text message? In that case, my opinion on both with be the same. Completely and utterly useless. It's certainly no substitute for the real thing and if I needed something to do via text message while I was bored, I'd just talk to someone who could actually entertain me.

Risky stuff. If a picture of you naked gets out you can never get it back and it can end up in any one of a plethora of sites devoted to stuff like this. Heard about this one site from a friend where they dump all the demotivational posters that were too offensive in a sexual manner for the other sites.

Nah, I don't like sending normal texts so I couldn't care much about this. Doing it with you're family while playing cards is kinda odd though, not to mention rude.

Well this about sums up my feelings towards it. I've never understood the appeal of cybersex and txting is pain in the ass, so I find this sexting thing even less appealing.

Edit: Also doing it while playing cards with your family is just plain creepy.
