I've played both, PC version is far superior, even Bioware admits it. The only "bugs" in the PC version are the ones that both versions have and couldn't be ironed out. Mostly physics glitches related to biotics and random rare chance occurances, nothing you'll be constantly seeing.
Your comp should run it perfectly fine. The PC version improvements are worth it even if you could only somewhat handle it. Better inventory, better context minigames for hacking, greatly reduced load times, greatly reduced tearing and real mapping pop in, and fixes the 360's looping audio glitch. (where music on Noveria would get stuck in certain spots for some reason)

This is no longer true, they allowed deauthorization last week.Sewblon said:360, with the PC version you have finite installs but with the 360 you get to play as much as you want.
