In real life I'm a saint, going out of my way to help others even if it is to my detriment etc.... so in video games it is always fun to be evil because I can take out frustrations on something that doesn't exist.

I would choose Sith.

In my opinion, Sith are force users that draw strength from personal ambition and passion, while Jedi draw their strength from creating (and enforcing) emotional distance and (on the average) sublimating ambition in favor of cohesion.

Jedi (Light-Side Force users) draw their Force aptitudes from nature (and to a degree, the intuition of the Force). Sith take hold of their Force aptitude through more internalized control of the Force.

In my observation, the greatest Sith Lords are those who own the responsibility of their powers and then make calculated strides toward their driving ambitions. In my eyes, stronger Sith usually have the traits of great leaders and embody the successful pursuit of ambition.

The price of freedom is eternal vigilance, and as long as I do not squander the freedom my passion, power, and victory grant me...I stand to see my vision realized.

I like this, and so...chalk me up to the Sith.
(Sorry for unbalancing the poll)

I have some problems with the pre-Empire Jedi order's philosophy, but I have even more problems with the Sith, so I'd almost certainly be a Jedi, if maybe more of an unconventional, Qui Gon sort. If we're talking about the new Jedi order, then I'm thinking my support would be a bit more unequivocal.

Sith, because how much I care about good and evil varies inversely as to how much lightning I can shoot.

Pre Ruusan Reformation Defintely Jedi

Post Ruusan Reformation probably Jedi but more gray, like Qui Gon

The reformation placed a butt ton of rules and regulations on the Jedi and made them into a bunch of elitist, aloof, holier than thou, complacent jerk offs.

Sith: I know more than enough to see how one goes from lesser Sith to a level of ability and control of a Sith Lord, Dark side is fueled by passions, frankly put everyone is governed by them without having been raised to be Jedi....Plus you know Lightning from fingers, whats not to love?

Light, I can't stand being a two-faced dick. Its just not how I roll.

I usually play a game as the good guy, and then go back as the bad guy. But I never finish as the bad guy because I absolutely hate him.
