Did I preorder it? Yup, and I'll be going to the midnight launch. Never been to a midnight launch for anything before 'cos I usually think "for God's sake, can't it wait until 9am when the shop opens normally?" - so it goes. So, yes, I'm still hyped, it's the only game I've really looked forward to all year.

To pass the time before release, I'm sleeping a lot and playing World of Warcraft for hours at a time, but that's pretty much what I do every day so it can't really be regarded as out of the ordinary.

As for other games that have caught my eye? Erm, apparently there's a new Assassin's Creed out, which surprised me 'cos I'm a big fan of the series (indeed, AC2 and Brotherhood both got my 'game of the year' title for whichever years they were released) but it's sort of crept out while I wasn't paying attention. But, aside from WoW, I've hardly been gaming at all this year so it's perhaps not a big surprise.

Yes, I did. The Collector's Edition even. However I've cancelled my pre-order.

To be honest, no, not really. I think it has something to do with how Rage was released. Sure, Rage wasn't developed by Bethesda, but they did publish it and to be honest, I have very little faith in a game studio that releases something that fucking broken onto the market. So I've cancelled my pre-order.
I'll be watching several forums next weekend. If all I see is threads saying "Yeah sure there's some bugs, hell, it's a Bethesda game, but it's nothing that makes the game unplayable!" then I'm off to the store to get it. If all I see is people saying the game's fubar then I'll just wait for a couple of months, or maybe not even buy it. At all. Because I think it's our responsibility and duty as a consumer to show studios like Bethesda what is and what isn't acceptable.

Yes my husband and I are still horribly excited about Skyrim, we have missed the deep become one with the story gaming we had gotten used to. However both of us now having a unbearable workload, we are glad for a Friday release and we have that weekend off.

1) Yes just recently due to my birthday being this month.
2)Yes, I have been excited for this game since before they announced it and nothing has changed that.
3)Making sure I have NO coursework left to do by next Friday so I have a full weekend of beauty.
4)Guild Wars 2 has also reached the same level of hype for me but it still doesn't have a solid release date.
5)Opinion, I know a few people who couldn't care less but nothing will change my excitement.

4) I'll assume you meant to say 'your eye'. ME3 (obviously), BF3 but not that into online shooters, Forza 4 did, but tis not quite as good as GT5 (close alternative), Soul Calibur V.

The only way this game will suck in my eyes is if for some reason I put the game in my PS3 and the Oblivion title screen pops up.
