What's with all this "cover it in sauce" crap?!?!
To prepare a steak: Salt, tiny bit of pepper. Cook. Anything else is just going to take away from the flavour.
(Please excuse my rage,my mother's side of the family have a lot of French blood in them, so I have inherited the food snobbery, bloody French.)
