I use one and probably won't upgrade anytime soon. Why? Because televisions are expensive and all of my SDTVs still work perfectly I literally have no reason to upgrade. Heck, when I'm at University, I play my PS3 games on a TV that's so old it only has two of the three AV ports.

I just switched to HDTV and I am still getting used to HDMI cables and all that shit. I didn't think that my PS2 would look worse on HDTV than my SD, so I had to buy Component cables to switch with my Composite ones, I haven't tried them out yet, but apparently it makes the PS2 look better.
SDTV never really bothered me, but some font in newer games started to become harder to read. You could tell they just weren't making games for SD anymore, so I thought I better upgrade, it was about time too, hehe.

Got no TV at home, at all. But that's okay, I watch three or so HD channels simultaneously at work (and go fixing shit if any of them goes off air for some reason). I bet hardly anyone of you knows the temptation and how much self-restraint it takes. I'm one cable-pull away from depriving the entire country of their sports fixes, or even replacing it with a feed on how much of a swell guy I am and so they should make me their supreme overlord...wait where was I going with this...?

I'm currently gaming on a 22' HD tv. It's been two years since I've purchased it for my room.
Unless your tv doesn't have a component port, you my want to pick up a PS3 component cable for your PS2. Aside from the HDMI port, the PS3 and PS2 use the same connecters on the back of both systems.piinyouri said:

Even better, it is by choice. This though is a "spare" TV that only gets used for my N64. If anyone has tried to play this thing on an LCD TV then I suspect they will understand why I've kept one around. It looks like arse on a flat screen LCD.

Although i've not had one for 4-5 years, I would love to own a brand new one so I can store it in my room for when I want to hook up old consoles to view the old times.
I still use an old CRT/SD TV. Still has the rabbit ears and everything [small](though I never use them)[/small]! The way my room is situated wouldn't really allow me to put a flat screen or an HD around. I finally have everything the way I want it, why the hell would I reorganize everything just for a stupid TV?
My CRT works just fine anyway, games on the 360 look fine anyway. Except the text in some games. Why the hell do they have to make it so butt-fucking tiny?! xD

I've got two(got both free) and I still use the main one. I haven't upgraded to anything else, as the cheapest TV I could find at Walmart was 200$ and I didn't see the appeal of wasting that kind of money on a TV I'll only use for gaming.
Yes. Quite regularly, actually. I prefer it when gaming on my Gamecube or Nintendo 64. I also use it for watching tv(what little I do).
Our den TV is one of the last Samsung CRT models that was made by the company. It's actually a pretty good TV, so we've never seen the need to get rid of it. Our main (living room) TV is a Vizio HDTV, though.
