Poll: The Elder Scrolls V?

I just began thinking of a possible release of the Elder Scrolls V, and wanted to see what others think about the univers, and the possibility of a new Elder Scrolls game.

Personally I love the series, and have played every game since the Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall. I always loved the unique open-world gamestyle and the choices to affect your own progress within the univers.

I would actually like one that is set in the days of antiquity. I believe that is a fancy way of saying classical era, i.e. Rome/Greece.

The series should stay where they are. Tamriel and Nirn in general is a great setting for a game like Elder Scrolls. I want V to feature more than 1 provinces. Skyrim and Summerset Isle would do Also the Black Marsh sounds interesting, if recreated correctly it would be a great, dark place to explore.

I thought it was rumoured to be called Skyrim? so then it's fairly obvious where it would be set.

I wouldn't mind one in Cyrodil again but when the Aleyids had everything, so you could go into all the ruins from IV but they would be new instead of run down and filled the zombies.

Isn't it obvious? Magic, of course!

Well, I'd love to see it in the era of Akaviri, (Spelling?) where your actions and missions might lead to defeat or victory. You could have several locations as well. The Akaviri (Sp?) were in Morrowind, Cyrodil, I think Skyrim as well..

Why? Immediately after Oblivion would make much more sense. With Martin dead and no apparent heir to the throne, there's going to be a massive power vacuum. I don't think people will be happy for too long with the Elder Council in charge.

I've said this before, but what I'd like to see in TESV is a situation where Tamriel has basically collapsed. Several different factions have arisen to try and claim control over the continent, and there is currently a stalemate going on. It is then up to the player to join whichever faction he chooses and help lead them to victory. The end of the game would be the protagonist being crowned the new Emperor.

I really doubt that it will be anything like this, but a man can dream.

They have magic. They just have to use some magic on the magic and magically make nukes. Dude it's all logic.
