I think we can blame our excellent friend NewClassic for this recent trend.

If my opinion is anything noteworthy (it's not), I say we stop all this (even you, Mr. Lassic). It's pointless, repetitive, and it is not worthy of continuance.

Sure, it was funny for around two posts when it started, but it's lost any and all charm it ever had since then.
