All those settings seem like they could make for some pretty cool RPGs.
I don't think this just applies to RPGs though. Part of what made Bioshock such a good game is that no one had done a game set in a objectivist under-sea dystopia before. Unique settings make for interesting games, as long as the developers make decent use of said setting.
