If you didn't know. Buddha is not a god, he is merely a man who reached enlightenment and taught the path to said enlightenment. Buddhism is not even a religion, though it is classified as one. It is a lifestyle path, not a religion. Buddhists can be other religions as well, I once had a teacher who was a Buddhist Catholic.
