I don't really know. Clothes could be a good idea. But everyone I know don't accept my taste and keep on trying to make me dress as they do. I could give them a list of links to shirts I've seen online, but that's more a request than a wish.
If I wished for any collectibles/toys, they would just laugh and judge me.
And electronics are too expensive.

So money, I guess :(

I've reached that age where all I want is clothes, makeup, and if someone is feeling really generous, a new tablet.
Actually, I'd be equally happy with some money and an offer to watch the kids for the night.

My parents are awesome this year and letting me ask for a fuckload of stuff. Not sure why, but I'm not exactly complaining:
Just to clarify, have they said you're actually getting you the things you ask for? If not, could be a little disappointing. For example, I've asked for a private island every year (including this one, I'm now 23) since I was 7 and still haven't got one.
They generally give me a warning beforehand if I'm not gonna get everything I asked for. Or just tell me flat-out that I'm asking for too much. Neither of those things have come up yet.

And, to be fair, you can't actually expect someone to get you a private island for Christmas. Just sayin'.

Ah fair enough, going to be a good one for you then!

I know I can't expect it, though the saying 'don't ask, don't get' exists for a reason. One day my family may surprise me with a small tropical paradise somewhere as a reward for my persistence over the years. Alternatively, socks.

My parents don't really like games, and don't know the first thing about ordering online (and there aren't really a lot of interesting books, games, comics you can buy here), but most of all I'm a bit too old for gifts. However I plan on buying myself something nice. I think I deserve it.

basically just money because the things I really need/want as of now are incredibly specific so I'd rather buy it myself.

I've got my list right here

Super Street Fighter 4
Alan Wake
Borderlands
Rock Band 3
Guitar Hero 5 & 6
Metro 2033
WET
Mass Effect
I've seriously thought about getting Metro 2033, but I'm on the fence. I'm a sucker for all things Russia, but the reviews leave something to be desired. Nevertheless, the game seems to have a cult following, and perhaps I'd be a welcome member. Hmm... <__<

Do you use a site to keep track of all those or do you just write it down? I use Good Reads, because I don't like having to keep track of the paper XD

A new friggin' processor. At the moment I've got a measley 2GHz single core. It's an AMD Athlon 3200+. Also, I'm asking for a Gigabyte Ghost series M8000X Gaming Mouse. Been checking out PC Case Gear for both, and they're pretty cheap. Looking forward to actually having an above average computer next year.
