Green, the colour of the Jedi Consular.
Because it's the colour Luke used to fight Vader in Ep. 6, and I think it just looked so much more badass than blue. Also I would be Neutral Good, "Screw the rules, I have emotions!"

If I could have a lightsaber that pulled light in (yeah it's been mentioned by Lieju, great minds 
) then hells yeah I would take the black option. Mostly as a disconcerting and slightly outlandish weapon. If not, I would love a white one, maybe red but the Sith have dibs.

I went with green, I think it is funny how purple is the most common answer even though it is technically one of the rarest types. I'd either have a light green saber or a light blue saber but I'd definitely only wield one and none of that double bladed junk, keep it simple, I don't need to accidentally cut my own hand off.
Well, first of all, I wouldn't be a Jedi, since they're a bunch of pussy do-gooders. No, selfish as I am, I would most likely be a Sith, or maybe just a Dark Jedi. I chose blue because it's my favorite color, of course, but it would a synthetic crystal made in a geocompressor Sith-style, and it would only be my auxiliary weapon. I much prefer the "tremorblade," a modern vibro-blade update of the archaic Sith sword, a large, heavy broadsword forged with cortosis and other minerals to assist in channeling the dark side, and consequentially far too heavy to lift without the Force.
See, I have thought considerably on what I would be like as a Sith Lord: I would want to be an adept Sith alchemist and craft a wide assortment of dark side imbued swords, armor, amulets, and so forth, rather than rely purely on the Force itself.

Orange staffsaber please. Also a purple lightsaber for when I need to activate half the staffsaber and dual wield. (or a purple lightsaber and an orange lightsaber attached at the base to make a staffsaber and allow it to disconnect for dual-wielding/single combat)

Black lightsaber sounds the most useful, it would be harder to spot in the dark, and if it actually shed light like a black light it would be useful for seeing things like blood splatter and the such. Plus it would look totally bad ass and kind of unique.
I like the idea of a DARK red light saber as well rather than the kind bright pink in the middle light saber that people like the Darths use.
As for the form, I would probably use a regular build light saber since it would be the most versatile.
