Poll: What do you call split screen cheating?

My friend calls it "Stop looking at my screen!"

Ok I got into an argument over what the proper terminology for split screen cheating is called. I have always used "screen hopping" and all my friends looked at me like I was crazy, but then again I am crazy...but I digress. They were set on it being called "screen peeking" or even "screen cheating". I'm not saying I'm right and they are wrong, but am curious as to what other people use.

EDIT: i added screen looking to poll. I've heard of this, but just forgot about it

its not cheating, its just a fact of split screen gameplay that should, in a good split screen game, be built into the balancing.

I never had a problem with screen peaking once I played enough live, and then I got to the point were screen peakers who were cheating by screen peaking still couldn't take me down/WIN

ive always called it screening, most commonly seen for me in starwars battlefront and at cs lan games

Punching the person playing next to you while keeping your eyes on the screen, if its a surprise, you may distract them enough, but doing it regularly will destroy the effect

I always called it screening, for a while we even had a divider made of cardboard between the screens in Medal of Honour

I just say looking at the other person's screen. My friend calls it "ghosting" for some reason that I do not know.

I just say 'Oi'! and give them a 'friendly' punch. I have honestly never heard any names for it except plain old cheating.

My buddies and I call it "screen watching." I've never actually heard it put another way.

I wouldn't personally call it anything, as in split screen you are both looking at the same screen so it's kinda inevitable. I find things like camping or *insert overpowered weapon here* hogging (or soliciting ) far more irritating, and closer to 'cheating'. 'specially spawn camping. I'm sorry but spawn camping is NEVER a legit strategy.

It's all about the meta-game. If you don't look at the other persons screen you are only screwing yourself over.

I call it "playing split-screen"

There is no way you cannot cheat t some extent and there is no way you can police it, just accept the fact that you know the other person's sight and they know yours. And if you don't like that get another console and TV then set up a LAN game!

Either that or play a co-op game where it is a BENEFIT to see each other's perspective, or a competitive game with the same screen-perspective like Mortal Kombat.
